Jason Brook of Azle passed away suddenly April 24, 2025, at the age of 44.

A celebration of life will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 10 at The Edge Church located at 1313 Southeast Parkway in Azle.

Born Oct. 20, 1980 in Lebanon, New Hampshire, Jason was a devoted husband to Shianne and loving father to their children, as well as Grandpa to his grandson. He was the most giving person to his friends and family and did anything he could to help.

Jason is survived by his wife, Shianne; his children, Keegan, Keeshia, Kelan, Jazmine and Summer; and a grandson JJ.
