James Richard Fowler, 77, passed away Friday, July 18, 2025.

A graveside services was held Monday, July 28, at Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery under the direction of Alexander’s Midway in Springtown.

He was born Oct. 7, 1947, in Muleshoe to James Eugene Fowler and Ruth Hancock Fowler. They both preceded him in death along with his wives, Alice (Holmes) Elliott and Sherry (Hart) Fowler; son-in-law, Charles Beckwith; and grandson, Cary Michael Fagin.

Survivors include his children Emma LaDawn (William) Hofmann, Brandy Beckwith and Toni (Brian) VanDolah; sister, Donna Sue Diggs; grandchildren Megan, Margo, Emmalee, Emma and Ava; and great-grandchildren Joselynne, Jacob, James, Journey, Elizabeth and Mickeal.
