Melissa Smith, 44, of Azle, passed away Aug. 3, 2025.

Melissa was born Feb. 1, 1981, in Port Arthur.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Wallace and Debra Smith.

Melissa is survived by her sister Vanessa Hart and husband, Shannon; brother Daniel Smith and wife Cathy; nieces and nephews Bradley, Chrystyne, Hailey, Landen, Marriely, Brooks and Quinn.
