Roxie Kirbie, 81, of Azle, passed away peacefully at home Monday morning, Sept. 22. 

Born in Fort Worth in 1943, she was a lifelong resident of Azle and a devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. 

Roxie was preceded in death by her husband of over 50 years, Leroy Kirbie; grandson Bryce Kirbie; granddaughter Sierra Kirbie; and great-granddaughter Wrenley Kirbie. 

She is survived by her sons James Kirbie and Leroy Kirbie Jr.; grandchildren Chance Kirbie, Corbett Kirbie and Talbot Kirbie; and great-grandchildren Alice Kirbie, Amelia Kirbie and Everest Kirbie. 

Roxie will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
