Cynthia Garcia is an Azle High School graduate and a senior at the University of North Texas, where she expects to graduate in the spring of 2026 with a bachelor’s degree in journalism with a minor in Spanish. Garcia worked for the Springtown Epigraph/The Azle News over the summer as an intern and accepted an offer to stay on part-time as a reporter. She takes on various story assignments with a focus on features and events.
